Thanks for the posts, guys.
Faults on mine are the same as yours:
* Window rubber wearing thin.
* Knocking/Popping noise coming from rear deck.

Also have a lose screw somewhere under the center console which i thought I had fixed but the darn thing is back.

Na, this is normal. On my Ford Falcon, it used to snow when u went through the same procedure.

Going to spray everything I can with silicone spray. So if it is resolved I wont be able to tell you where the problem is... Its at a point of driving me bonkers. Its not a popping sound. Its a cracking squeeking sound...

These cars feel super rigid so not sure it's body-flex. Creaking sounds could be related to that polystyrene stuff they have in the boot maybe to hold the tools? My car got knocked quite hard from behind and it's still quiet with the exception of what appears to be a rattle in the driver side mirror (or it could be wind noise?) and a rattle from the driver's door with music with a bit of bass.

You have to reset the windows. Northeast ice has been tripping it these past couple of weeks.

Put the windows up, hold the button 5-sec, then put the windows down and hold for 5-sec. Repeat if necessary. It resets the window. The lights "blink" when its been tripped (violated!) like frozen up or someone/something blocked it from going up.

The window up/down when opening and closing the doors cant be good BUT my buddies VW CC does it too, hes had it 3 years with no problems but his car is garaged.

That's what I've done - haven't noticed it since but then I've not been paying any attention to it. Will try remember when I leave work today.

Confirmed - no more clicks. WD40 did the trick.

Eish. I pumped a little bit of WD40 into every nook and cranny I could find.

Dash swelling in sun

Hi Guys, a real concern and something to be very aware of.
I parked in an open parking for 2 hours, car stood under the sun at 36 degrees. When I got into the car my dash had bulged and lifted up over the air vents, when I touched it the entire part was all soft. I immediately started the car put aircon on full and held the dash back into place. The aircon cooled the dash, which went back into place and hard as it normally is.
Got such a scare.
Be very aware of this problem, don't leave your car in the sun without a windscreen sun protector.
Going to report to Toyota
Pic attached is after cooling down and back into place, however you can notice it is not entirely as it should be....
