Note: i put the old globes in these casings, just for in-case, ps. got a 6month guarantee on the globes
Howzit, I bought similar globes and fitted in both he 86 and wife's Fortuner, after a month 2 on the Fortuner had blown, so when I went to change I found the globe had burst. I pulled out the remaining 2 and found the glass blown up which obviously eventually exploded.

I took the 4 out the 86, the H11 were swollen and the 9005 were still ok as I did not use the high beams too much.

Also found night driving with the white a lot dimmer than the standard globe.

Check the globes weekly just to ensure you don't have similar issue.

so I've heard about this problem with the globes, i,ll check mine this weekend, as i always drive with the lights on. i know that these globes tend to swell if you have in any way made skin contact with them, apparently the oil from our skin is the cause of the swelling.

i know for sure that no skin contact was made when i installed mine so if they have started to swell, i guess my guarantee will cover it.............

will let you guys know

car

first thing i did to my 86 was take the front plate bracket off and put a square number plate on and second is two polk audio marines subs 350w rms each so it packs quite a punch and can sometimes be annoying due to the rattling of things
