this is correct,however that's NOT the strongest reason the civic is selling well! it's because the car has been "dead nuts" reliable,and economical for over 40 years now,and the people know it!
american crap in the past has been thrown to rental companies!,and will continue to be!

Yeah it is. The thing with the Japanese is that if there is any negatives, they'll take the feedback and improve. The American companies will absorb the neg feedback and continue until the end of the production cycle. That's why I'll never own an American car.
