Great info dude! I totally agree with your sig its a style I live by :-D

Wheels, exhuast, intake, stuff like that. Personally, I was thinking if I had the money to spare on mine when the lease is up and I buy it, I'd like to color match the interior to the exterior. Mine's hot lava so I would see if the red stitching and bolsters could be redone in orange and then have some of the trim pieces redone to match. Since you have firestorm you don't have to change the stitching, but maybe some of the trim pieces? If you like that sort of thing though. I'm not sure how many people would go for it.

It's your car, do what you want. $10k is a good bit to sink into a $26k car (not knocking that, I've done WAY worse), you can really go whatever route you want.

If you want power, I'd say go for turbo kit and supporting mods. If you want looks, go with interior, rims, and suspension mods. (I'd say aero mods, but you've already got FiveAD on your car and that kit is fantastic looking.) You might be an audio/sound guy, go for that.

TRD SC kit will keep your warranty, but it's not as much bang for the buck as say either AVO or AP's turbo setups. Turbo setups will be more fun than the TRD SC, but they void your power train warranty immediately. There are other SC kits available, many of which are good. I'm biased, I'm a turbo guy, but there's plenty of SC kits that are worthwhile.

As for nitrous? Nothing wrong with it as long as it's properly set up. I'm not knocking it, I've sprayed a few of my cars in the past with good results. The previous poster that talked about nitrous said, "Nitrous is only used when you want to use it, you cant turn off a turbo." but I'll rebuttal that with "you don't have to refill a bottle to keep your turbo or supercharger working." Last time I had a car with spray it was about $3.50-$4.00 per pound for it. It added up quick when you got a bit spirited with its use, and that was a 75 shot.

Also consider your local laws in Cali for emissions and modifications. I know they're a lot stricter than down here in Louisiana, so that would likely influence my decision as well. The only emissions testing in Louisiana consist is checking to see if a fuel cap vents properly, and even that is only in SOME parishes.

Most importantly, make the car yours and have a great time doing it.

I would probably:

Replace stock fluids after break in.
Upgrade the brakes (steel lines, better pads, better fluid)

Track day, track day, track day, track day etc

What you should spend your money on? A BIG ROAD TRIP! I went on a 3000 mile road trip that included 8 states, 4 national parks, tons of family/friends, Reno, and VEGAS! It was the most fun my wife and I have almost ever had!

Just an idea.... you asked

This is my daily driver so nothing serious. what i have in mind is a exhaust system and wheels and sport tire. The car is already low enough so i don't want it to be any lower. AVO turbo kit is also on my list. Thanks guys. have a great turkey day!
Driver education, driver education, and then some more driver education.

It will make a world of difference if you're truly passionate about driving your sports car. I've owned cars modified with more than twice the power of my FR-S, and I feel 100x more appreciative of owning a sports car today compared to back then when I had absolutely no driver education... Simply because I have transformed myself into a more knowledgeable and capable driver.

All the best.

What to get?

I'd say with 10K get some nice wheels and tires. Then maybe intake and exhaust. A tune would do you good also.

Relax! You just bought this car and it is safe to surmise you have no real idea what you want or need for this car. GET TO KNOW IT, FIRST!

Perhaps the brightest answer yet... gotta have a nice safe place to park it at night, right?
