Let me guess, a horse reminds you of a hippopotamus too?

This is one of one of those things with no right or wrong answer.
Some see it on their own, some see it if it is pointed out and some will never see it no matter how much they look.
The first thing out of my son's mouth when he saw the car was "why does it have swastikas on the side"? I had never noticed until he said that but now they are as clear as day!
Of course they are very stylized and not in any way supposed to be swastikas but the basic pattern is there!

If you really squint your eyes, you can make an argument for the right-facing svastika (or one of the Hindu symbols of Vishnu).

If you REALLY squint... and ignore everything else... and try really hard.

I never would have noticed it. And believe me I'm the last person that would want to brandish a Nazi symbol. I wish racism and bigotry never existed. Maybe one day.

Actually SS makes more sense.

Some say they see a swastika on this clothing store in India. I still don't see it...

People really have nothing better to do these days it seems. I guess you can see anything you want if you imagine it hard enough. I personally do not.
I guess it's fortunate the car wasn't made in Germany.

Am I the only one who thinks the 86 emblem looks like a swastika?

Actually... Hitler stole the swastika from the Hindu religion it was turned sideways a bit and into a symbol of hate. I think for the Hindus it means peace or divinity or something. There are a lot of the gods with it on their foreheads etc. (Hanuman etc wtc)

Edit: in the picture I believe they have it correctly turned (non-nazi form)

Yeah, yeah, we know but you're a little off on the generalizations. It was rotated 45 degrees to make is appear and motion to symbolize activity. It actually meant good fortune for the Hindus. It's also a Buddhist, Taoist and Norse symbol. There is no definitive proof Hitler stole it from Hindus, it's a very ubiquitous symbol around the world. Besides, the Nazi party had been using the swastika as a symbol of the Aryans, a Nordic race of noble people believed to have migrated and ruled territories around the Himalayan region. The Aryans were also the ruling class of the Vedic traditions that believed a dragon was slayed which gave rise to the sacred rivers springing from the Himalayas that gave birth to civilization in the Indus. Aryan is also the base word for Iranian or the original Indo-Europeans.

Anyway, it was just a picture of a clothing store, nothing more.
