Seeing that the website that these likely came from(Japanparts.com) has an approx 35 day wait for these lights, i'll be happy to get them by Christmas. Hopefully eBay and Paypal can help out if they don't show up after 30 days.

I used a circular sanding pad on a high rpm drill to remove the paint... It didn't occur to me at the time that I would probably end up sanding through the lights themselves, so wallah, I ended up with a mis-shapen and scuffed left rear tail due to excessive sanding.(er, stupidity) It didn't look too bad, but then I dropped it by accident and cracked it wide open... lol I wish I would have realized that lacquer thinner makes removing VHT a breeze... but it was too late.

Looks like they're absolutely no color at all until they're lit... I did see the same picture in the eBay listing I believe. These lights are a mystery... In my case, a $600 mystery...

I just hope they even look remotely like the ones in the eBay listing.

I guess the one advantage for the slightly higher price you paid is you'll have them sooner than the rest of us

Good news guys! I recieved an email confirmation regarding my order and I also inquired about shipping turn around. Japanparts.com has been in contact with Colin and said that the tail lights are in stock and they already have them on order with Colin. Was told my order could ship as early as next week

I'll update the thread with pics when they arrive!

Hopefully your part comes sooner than later so you can give us a nice and non bias review of the actual part/quality. I actually like the general design its just the start part that kinda makes me ...
