Will you be doing tests both catless and catted on the header?

Our header will not have a cat. The front pipe will have the option to run a cat or go catless.

You may have already covered this, but i'm assuming that if the header will work on a stock car, then it will also work on a car with the nameless overpipe/downpipe/highflow cat? the nameless overpipe connects to the stock header at the stock location.

Yes it will work with any overpipe that replaces the factory pipe. Connects at stock location.

Beautiful!! Question, you did a single exit exhaust shown in pics, I assume there will be a dual exit at some point?

This just answered my question. Think I might have found my header because I really love the Nameless system.

Is a tune required to delete the front O2 sensors and change them to the secondary Cat (Front Pipe) position to prevent a CEL?

Because the front sensors will pick up the high flow and recognize there's no cat there and possibly throw a CEL. That is my biggest concern.

If that's not the case, I would prefer to go catless since Texas is pretty lax on inspections.
