As of Oct 25, 2012, all BRZ orders have been slotted to May 2013. Hope that helps.

Gahh! According to SoA? I wanted to order one and have it for March/April...

I'd be very surprised if the 2014 sees any major changes over 2013. I'm sure it will have a few small fixes, but nothing worth waiting for if you want the car.

No, it's any order after 25th that's slotted to May 2013.

So far there have been 2718 completed orders since September 12th, so there are 3282 more units to be made since then till April 2013. (Though all our current orders are still on "wait list")

Wow got my order in on Oct 20, glad I didn't wait looks like I just squeaked in, although I may buy via fly/drive before my order comes anyhow...

Wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.. I believe there are more than 6000 orders placed. Not sure how Subaru's gonna handle the demand, but what I mentioned is just what Subaru has announced - Basically any order placed on the BRZ will now have an estimated arrival May '13 at the earliest.

Thanks for the heads-up, I just hope somehow they manage to beat that estimate otherwise there will be many unhappy customers, and in May there will be more competition looming for them...

I do appreciate the heads up though since it gives me even more of an excuse to buy wherever I find one available and fly/drive/ship instead of trying to stay patient for it to show up at the local dealer with an unknown delivery date, hard to believe this is how Subaru wanted to handle this.

The entire sold order system is jacked now. 3 month minimum for domestic vehicles and 4 month minimum Japanese vehicles. Tribeca, Legacy and Outback are the only three produced in America.

I've got seven sold STi orders on the wait list ordered as long as August. I sure hope Subaru gives us leeway on our CSI.
