I see what you are saying. but as long as the cut off line is solid with minimal leaking and is angles correctly - they are essentially the same as any HID projector.

so if the squirl finder light leakage can be eliminated and they are angled correctly i see zero issue/difference in comparison to real HID projectors (not saying this is possible - I don't know - just saying)

Those aren't really blinding anyway, and even with the stock halogen bulb you have those squirrel finders.

stock is 4300k for what its worth. lol

I agree with this. if squirrel finders are bent I don't have a issue with his in stock projectors as at least the attempt to reduced any glare was made.

we actually have a thread debating this with darendriven hid in stock projectors vs retro fit ones and while there is a difference I think ut would of been minimal had Darren nodded the squirrel finders.

stock projectors are very good

Yeah I was very afraid as well. I had done it before on older car but man tearing apart a brand new car is a hard thing to do. Good thing tho is you sure do learn a lot about your car working on it.

Replacements are just a bit over $300 a piece if you wanted to purchase a set to mod, then replace yours and save/sell them.

Sorry to commit Thread Necromancy, but when you "push the finders down," is it basically just pushing them in (towards the front of the car) as far as they will go? I was messing with this yesterday and actually made it worse (I was actually pushing them up, duh).
