It definitely won't be like this, but if we had LOTS of money, I would do this, and also have one for dd'ing! :

Weekend car, maybe gonna drive to work on Fridays but much rather take the train.

Morning freeway traffic is retarded especially in a car like this.

I'll probably sell it around the 25000km mark too.

It's my daily driver. Can't find a reason not to drive it!

Daily for me. This car is too fun not to drive! One of the best aspects about the FR-S is it's cheaper compared with a Porsche Cayman or even a 370z, both in terms of initial cost and maintenance/fuel. What that means is I can just drive the car and not worry about it. I take care of it, but I won't baby it to the point where I won't drive it.

I also understand where people are coming from who want to keep their cars fresh and pristine though. Definitely have that thought too sometimes.

Garage
Daily driver, track car, and have taken it on vacation recently (~3500 round trip) - ready for my second oil change already after a little over 4 months of ownership. There is no day I don't want to drive the car, only when forced to do so I regrettably take another vehicle... like moving stuff with my truck.

If you had a super super hot girlfriend, would you take her everywhere with you and boink the shit out of her every chance you had or would you keep her locked up in the basement (which in a weird sort of way, sounds cool - JUST KIDDING!!!).

It's your call.
This is amazing!

Daily/only driver for me. I just took it to a drifting event yesterday and it was great! First time I've ever been told to drive faster and spin out! And for some reason, I've been able to drive longer distances without feeling sleepy behind the wheel when I'm driving this car.... (I usually don't last beyond an hour and a half of driving, weird I know)

If I could afford a decent daily and had the garage space, I'd probably want to keep the FR-S as a fun car. "Decent" would have to be another car that's at least 25k though, like a WRX or GTI or MS3. At which point, I'd consider just getting one fancy 50k car, which I wouldn't really do, which is why I'll never buy a second daily beater, which is why I just drive my FR-S all the time.

This is a commuter car for me. Actually my first car ever! Been driving toy trucks for the last 21 years and I'm loving it! Still have a truck and always will. 300K Toy 98 T100 4x4.

It's a Scion (or Subaru) so yeah... definitely a daily driver.

This isn't a NSX, GTR, or 355 Spyder we're talking about here.
