Flat black paint + a bit of bumper (pastic structure) paint. Masked around lense area.

That's similar to my design, but I do believe it looks better on a dark car. What kind of paint was used? Flat? I used semi gloss for mine. It gives it a deeper black look. The flat black appears dark grey sometimes.

that looks really good, very similar to mine. i used a satin black. its like matte black except has a tiny bit more gloss to it. sometimes i notice a little grayish shade to it but i like it, goes great with the white and most oem headlights w/ black housing hav that grayish look.

its not a difficult task its just very time consuming. so take ur time. i recommend having a friend w/ you when u first open the headlight. as u pull the headlight apart the adhesive will stretch out and can get everywhere, so i had a buddy cut with scissors as i opened it. no major issues, but like i said, take your time!!!
