Used a handful of track days, never on street, plenty of meat remaining, used with high temp copper lube. Warm up quickly enough for auto-x IMO and transform the car on track with stable, predictable, balanced braking forces.

New were $345+shipping. Sell locally for $180 or ship USPS Priority Mail for $200.

Paypal or cash, thanks.

http://carbotechperformance.com/pads.asp?Make=Scion
Fronts measured about 1/4" material left on each pad, rears about 3/8" material left on each pad. Pads were switched l/r sides of car for each track day, not sure if that evens wear or not but fr and rr pads measured the same on both sides. Brownish residue on backing plates is from high-temp copper lube applied before each use.

Searching various forums shows new pad material roughly 11mm so fronts have about 44% remaining, rears 73% remaining.

Many drivers using them in racing applications say they run them down to the backing plates but to use a high grade brake fluid to withstand the extra heat.

Not well suited for street use I've read but found them exceptional on track. Properly bedded in they're quiet and the ceramic dust easily rinsed off afterward leaving no corrosion behind.

Running mostly at Portland Intl. Raceway that's two long straights connected with six turns at each end, I was able to brake at least as late, usually later, with what looked and felt like more control and stability than most cars including several in twins running other pads and heavily modified compared to my nearly stock car.

Running Motul 600, never encoutered any boiling, fade or soft pedal. I'd buy them again.

Local pickup Eastside. Everything will fit in a twin with one seat folded.

PM if interested, thanks.

this section gets clutterly, by posting on the main PNW forum, I was able to sell both items in 2 minutes or less. I had the FS ad on for 2 weeks. Sorry, just had to cheat a little bit.

And the search capability is pretty bad in this CMS. Should we brainstorm on how to format it so it is less cluttered?

And are you in the "throne" checking out the forum?

Maybe flush posts older than about two weeks like Craigslist? Would be extra work for Mods but it's not like they're busy anyway.

BTW, does it count that this thought arrived while on the throne?

I would help mod if needed. Maybe also reminding members to mark their posts when items are sold.
