That is the plan.

I'm just waiting for the new visor then I'll get it made up. I'll have 5 or so made.

Ah okay, lucky - they made DOUBLE sure we saw the warning - in multiple languages of which only ONE is part of our 12 official languages. Gotta love it!

I had the same thing on my last car ('02 Miata) and I was able to remove them. Remove the visors from the car so you can work on them more easily. Start rubbing with acetone. It takes a lot of rubbing and a good number of applications for the labels to start breaking up and coming off. Another thing I encountered while doing the process was the vinyl became very loose and stretched. I actually thought I had ruined the visors and thought I'd have to buy some new ones. However, after leaving them on my work bench till they dried, the vinyl looked just like brand new.

Aha, thanks! Had the same when using a hair dryer - the vinyl became very loose and I thought it was gonna tear but it went back to normal.

Will give acetone a try, thanks.

mine is only on the passenger side. I actually have told my wife once to harden up and just tolerate the sunlight instead of using the visor but that's not a sustainable solution

Hahaha.... I love it. "Suck it up, honey! Rather be blind than let me see those hideous warning signs...." Not sure she'll be too happy with you

Speaking of which - I find myself hardly ever using the sun visors in the 86, probably because of the low roof and small windscreen I'm assuming?
