Yeah, I'd also like to know. Surely they could cut on production time if they had fewer versions?

Yeah the relays are a PITA to remove. I used needle nose pliers to pull them out, much easier
and it doesn't matter what mode the headlights are in? e.g. do they need to be in 'auto' mode or something?

The light switch has to be in either 0 (off) or AUTO just like it says in the manual. When you switch the parking lights or headlights on, the LED strip will dim

Yep, tried it in the off position.

I've just had a look - 8 wires.

That's weird. If you have 8 wires then the your car is wired for DRL. Maybe you can try checking the fusebox under the dashboard, check if there is a fuse for the DRL

Very weird. I'll have a look tonight.

Was yours not lighting up at all, or only in park light position or with the headlights switched on?

Yup mine was not lighting up at all. Only when the park lights or headlights are on. So I had a big smile when the DRL worked. It was really bright - almost blinding

I've had a look - the DRL fuse is there so it can't be that.

Are you sure the horn relay would work though? It doesn't seem to fit nicely and there is a tab that looks like it's preventing you from inserting it properly?

Was your horn relay a 4 prong relay? If it is then it should fit properly

Yup that's the one. Maybe it didn't seat properly that's why it didn't work?
