While I am greatly enjoying the R, I have by no means neglected the BRZ. It was brought in for some TLC after 3 years and 55,000 miles of pure driving bliss. She looks brand new all over again. This time the cars been coated with CQuartz rather than Opticoat to add to the overall gloss of the paint. It'll soon be brought in for 60k major service as well so mechanically it'll get a once over as well. Here's to more joyous days in a twin!

This is the tinted tail lights the European Golf R gets. Goodbye to fugly USDM ones.

Tail light fun!

As we go into December, it'll be a full month of BRZ maintenance work. Approaching the 60k mile mark on the car

, but the following is being planned:

Oil and filter change
New tires
Alignment
Rear differential oil replacement
Transmission oil replacement
Spark plug replacement (shoot me now)
But, since I'm doing the spark plugs, I'll be using the opportunity to install the STi engine mounts

Let the December fun begin

Read subframe mounts have come in. On order are the Cusco front 20mm and rear 16mm sway bars. All this will go in together. Also time to replace with a new set of pss tires and realign the car.

On the aesthetic side, have the STi fog light cover extensions that are on the 2015 tS coming in.

I've also been thinking of redoing my interior. Haven't come up with my complete plan of what I want changed out yet but it starts with getting the tS airbag cover finally
