LOL I know this is old news but the driver was 24 and had 3 DUI ARRESTS!?

The sad thing is the passenger that died and not the driver.

But you know they could have used Toyota's STAR safety system™ used on the new Scion FR-S!

That appears to have been a pretty high speed impact. Even if he were trying to dodge an animal, doing so at stupid and illegal speeds still puts the blame on the driver's stupidity.

I feel sorry for the families involved and hope the guy who lived was the passenger.

I admit that I have a hard time feeling sorry for people who pass away doing something stupid and potentially endangering random innocents who just happen to be driving on the same road.
