If I replace the radio, do I lose my warranty?

Hi, when did u order? I ordered a Red at the end of August, but my dealer can't give me a delivery address.

Great to see lots of SA people in the forum. I work for a Toyota dealer in Durbz and so far the public response to the 86 has been phenomenal. Had a DJ from East Coast radio come in to test in the week, and he was blown away by the responsiveness of the car. Anyway any people from KZN area, we must also organise a meet or something!

I got mine in August and was able to get it within a week once I had decided on the colour. Since stock was so limited, I drove to and called a number of dealers to find a silver 86 only to be told that there isn't one available and I'd have to wait at least a month for them to get another batch. Rather than wait, I email Toyota SA directly and asked them for a list of dealers that had been assigned a silver 86 high mt and then called each of them up.

3 failed attempts but on the 4th try I found a dealer 400km away with the car and a week later it was mine.

My advice, don't stick with just 1 dealer unless you know for absolute certain that there's not one out there some place else.

exact same way i did it and i got my car the 24th of August. I ended buying buying a car in joburg, even though i'm from cpt and drove it down myself.
other point: make sure to have the full payment ready, i was able to score mine b/c i was the first one to pay the full amount, the other person who was interested lost out...

We've had black and silver standard specs for a while now. Still have a couple of blacks and dark grey as well. As I posted last week, we also delivered an aquamarine blue high spec. That colour was just sweet!

Good point. My dealer also had other interested buyers but it means nothing unless you are ready to put your money where your mouth is.

Ah thats the Galaxy Blue... Looks exactly the same as mine, except the wheels I see it also has the TRD body kit on... Awesome!!

You quite right, just noticed its galaxy blue. Congrats on yours! I get to drive our company demo. Would love owning it!
