The tips aren't that badly priced in the JDM market, but the shipping to the US is what kills it. This is an NA-targeted product; I don't think it will be priced too poorly.

Dear redline goods... since Toyota is PROBABLY going to rip us off... help?

Very nice closed but... I have drinks/electronics there way too often for this to be of use unless it's removable... Wish I had the skills to fab up a whole console. Actually, I could do it but it'd be painted fiberglass... so horribly cheesy looking.

I like it! Looks slick!

If the price is right, I may have to invest in one!

The only problem with drilling is deciding you don't like it after its done. Once you start drilling, there's no going back.

I don't think $110 to $120 is fair price for exhaust tips....

I imagine you could at least secure it temporarily with some double-sided tape and try it for a week before you permanently attached it.

It's certainly not cheap, but considering the price of exhaust systems from Perrin, Nameless, etc. I don't think it's terrible, either. These are OEM-parts, not intended to be sold as accessories but rather as replacement parts. An armrest is a different story, and hopefully you'll find the price more palatable considering its usefulness.

No definitely, this is all speculation. On the armrest, I already have one made, but won't post it here in respect to the OP. I am trying to get the person who fabricated them to become a vendor and post it here, but may not happen for a month or so. Let's see if I can work it out. It looks EFFING OEM for real, I've sat people in the car and they can't believe it didn't come with the car (no drilling required, its removable).

I made a thread in the cosmetic modification section with pics.
