What is the weight range for 17" to 18" ?

Shipping weight is 29lbs but there is a ton of cardboard in there, never seen wheels packed so well I think the 18x9.5 is 22 so this is probably 21. Not exactly light but they look and feel really well made. The finish is so much better than my XXR up close there are no runs or flaws in it at all.
