Shouldn't be very hard. Just position your hand (use the pinky) so you can lift the lock out and put your hand sideways on the extender.

Yeah, there's literally zero issues with shifting into reverse lol. Not sure why you would think there would be.

OEM knob is a lot heavier. You can feel the difference in how light and jittery it is compared to stock. Definitely couldn't use it on a regular basis. Looks badass though.

For those with the Torque Solutions collar, does it raise the overall height of the shift knob ? And if so, is it by a noticeable amount?
