some thoughts from everyone here would be much appreciated
I plastidipped my wheels. It's been ...6? 7? months, and the plastidip is holding up great. They definitely pick up a lot of brake dust, so figure out a way to get that off and you'll be good. (dipyourcar.com sells a brake dust product that is supposed to work amazingly well on dipped wheels, I haven't tried it yet, though)

Try standing the wheels up against something when you spray them, will make it a lot easier to get an even coat. Mine has a lot of texture and bubbling if you look at them real close, because I did them laying down flat. I just ordered the sprayer and several gallons of dip from DYC... expect a ridiculous color change in my near future

I have all the stuff I just live on the opposite side of town from you. If no one else near you has them feel free to come borrow mine.

Yes, I'm not urgently trying to make a change. It was probably late and I was bored. I would really like to get a set of red and black traklites at some point and just run the wider wheel no spacers.

Anybody hear about this yet? Bugatti Veyron eats the tires at Firebird Main today.

I heard from people at the event (Pantera Owner's Club) that he went into the tires coming into T10 which if he did he got SUPER lucky it wasn't way worse than how it came out.

Looks like a blast! If I don't go fishing, I'd like to meet up with some guys at the cruise and might even enter the show. Haha

The photographer that took those pics is my good friend Jameson. Apparently the dude shrugged it off and said he'll get it repaired and back out on the track as soon as he can lol
