Lawyer is checking into a full buy back instead of their first offer. The subaru dealership will have an inventory list for me tomorrow when they get it.

So I've never been to auto x at firebird before. Anyone that is going Sunday want to meetup on the way there?

Looks like most likely I will be getting another frs. Toyota wants to charge for the mileage if they buy it back. Will be checking inventory. Think I have decided on another asphalt.

Awesome!! They are just going to be doing the transfer of collateral so the warranty should be on there. I will not be going back to the place I bought mine at.

Do not go to Earnhardt Toyota,,,,,,Sales guy added on scion boost plus maitenance program and roadside asst., so I had to cancel it, but still was charged tax and interest. Now heres the worst part,,,,the finance lady told me it will take a few months to clear before they reimburse me. Today, while I was dropping off FRS for my Auto Butler Service, I talked to the lady who submitted the cancelation forms and canceled the maintenance program, and told her I never recieved my refund. She looked confused and kinda worried. She told me it had been sent to my bank and had been cashed on the 20th of December 2012. I asked why not direct deposit because I gave them routing and account number. She said they sent checks?! Not sure what happened or where my money went and neither is Earnhardt Toyota or Chase Bank. Nothing went to my account and I never cashed 4grand! I am waiting for the lady to get the cashed checks back so she can send me and my bank copies. They owe me $3966.25 for the refund. I am going to talk to a lawyer since both sides don't know what happened!
