"New" front strut installed. Was a total pain in the ass getting everything apart again. The car is much nicer over speed bumps again, I forgot how smooth the ride could be. The bad strut was absolutely destroyed. I could push it down with two fingers and I had to pull it back out (no return pressure at all).

Now I have to wait til whiteline's rear LCA's are released so I can order the new koni struts front and rear.

637ish? That's oddly specific for an -ish suffix.

Got the quote for repairs on the car. $2900. They will pay the deductable. Worked a deal with them to not install the bra again on the fenders or hood and only keep it on the bumper. The mkney savings for them and they will have the entire car buffed out to get the tiny scratches out then opti coat the car.

On site registration is open from 7:00 to 8:30. If you come, come early so you have time to register, prep your car, and get a course walk in. If you don't want to drive (I can't understand why), show up in the afternoon for free ride-alongs. Third gate Firebird International Raceway,

Sleeper, bring Adam and make him drive.

Indeed firebird rocks..I DO need to convince more of you to come to the dark side and take advantage of the main track at firebird, its mad fun, and I am so lonely being the only 86 there...autox is fun, but getting to open it up at 100mph is a different animal to play with..

Looks like a good amount of people are going to the Pavs tonight, I might just stay home though and spend the rest of my night in the garage prepping the Z for the new motor to be dropped in.
