Yeah I wish I went with 3. I had 2.5 ha and I used some gloss aswell. You did a great job from what it looks like. Better to do it yourself then pay a shop 200$ to do it. They rip you off so much

Here it is; still some over spray to deal with, but good enough for now. |

Lischynsky make sure you buy the plastidip cleaner. It is impossible to keep brake dust off.

Would I specifically need the 'acrylic' tape? Or would the standard automotive mounting tape work fine? The price difference is ridiculous...

For the spoiler you will need the acrylic.. You may be able to get a smaller package at space age. Perhaps give 'em a call and ask if they sell in 5 yards rather than 10? Here is a 5 yard on amazon..
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/3M-Automotive-Acrylic-Attachment-06384/dp/B000P16VYS/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1405805957&sr= 1-1&keywords=Automotive+Acrylic+Plus+Attachment+Tape "]Amazon.com: 3M(TM) Automotive Acrylic Plus Attachment Tape 06384, Black, 1/2 In X 5 Yds, 45 mil [PRICE is per ROLL]: Automotive[/ame] EDIT.. I see your sig says you're in Phoenix.. You may be closer to Finish Master for Autobody supplies.. http://www.finishmaster.com/locations.cfm?state=AZ

My Grom is pretty modded out but totally stock they are a blast too. I have already been through 2 bore, piston, cam upgrades in it. Started as a 125cc, then to a 164cc, now a 181cc (pretty much the limit without major crank case modifications required). Still get 100mpg and I make twice the power as stock. I am around 14whp now which is super fun to zip around on. Ohlins suspension all around. Lot's of little things beyond that including swingarm upgrade, brake lines, rear sprocket, front sprocket, tail eliminator, tail section, renthal chain, billet bits and pieces all over, wideband O2 conversion with gauge, Had a Kitaco I-map fuel controller but now I have a Power Commander V with fuel and timing control. If you get one let me know because I have been riding mine since day 1 release last Aug and have NEVER seen another one on the road. It was the 1st one registered in AZ when I got it. I really can't believe I never see them and I know there are at least a few out there now. Next on the list is the FullBlown Turbo kit set to release in a couple weeks for the Grom. Super excited about it IF the price is right. Otherwise I will make my own kit for it.
