^^^^ what he said

Although, if you are as unlucky as me, you will move residences as well as change your address on your license, and then the City of Tempe will serve your old residence, consider you in violation when you unknowingly dont pay the ticket they served, and then find out a month later when you get a letter at new residence saying your license has been suspended.

P.S. - I talked with the people living at my old residence after I found out about all this...they said someone came to the door, asked if I was present, and when they replied "no" they were told "well he has been served" and the agent handed them a folded up paper and walked away. The resident simply threw it out and chalked it up to me not having been really served. I plead guilty and paid fine because I can't be driving around illegally, nor wait a month for a real court date.

What 'vette do you have?

I finally drove one in GT6 and I was impressed enough that I really want to get to test drive one for real (see how much the game exaggerated or lied about the reality). B/c that's the first domestic in that game that didn't handle like a pig.

The one in my signature, a 2000 C5 with a 408 Stroker and C6 Z51 Suspension Upgrades among other go fast stuff lol. It has less than 45k miles so I keep debating if its time to upgrade or not.

I'm definitely going to be pushing to the "-ish" side of 6pm-ish.

On another note, asking for a friend since I know we have some offroading folks here, has anyone had a good experience with a shop in town for rebuilding an automatic transmission? It's for a GM 4L60-E (I think).

Why would anyone rebuild a 4L60E... just get a 4L80E and ensure you never have a problem again.

However in Phoenix I cannot help, In Tucson though I can send you to one of the best.

Apparently that's a possibility, but he needs the car running before mid-February, so I think he wants whatever will be done fastest at this point.

4l80E rebuilt by mid Feb should not be a problem if he gives it to a shop within the next week. The guy I use usually takes at most 2 weeks and thats normally when the parts are hard to find. Domestic Newer Transmissions are not hard to find the parts for.

Won't be there tonight, got some stuff to finish up. Nothing personal but I dislike Native New Yorker.
