It takes about an hour to install the short shifter.

Evan at SPS was showing me a diffuser he made. Kinda like the Driveway Labs design with aluminum sheet and rivets.

I asked him to make one for me and I will be sure to post pics.

Do we happen to have an AZ 86 sun shade that can be bought somewhere? Yes, I know its freakin cold outside right now, but before you know it, summer is going to be right around the corner

I will take the heat over the cold... I have lived a lot of cold places with snow but something about the cold here just sucks... its bone chilling cold.

Neat idea though if one doesn't exist.

Compared to other places, this isn't bad. It's nippy at worst & that's about it.

Oregon in the rain and snow no problem just threw on a sweater, Georgia same thing. Here every exposed part its like being chilled to the bone almost right away... but then I guess it doesn't help that I am 6'1 and 145-150lbs.
My Shins are still cold and I have been in the office for 2 hours.

I'm 5'11", about 155. I'm fine with a sweater, jeans, adequately dry socks, & decent shoes.

Granted, I won't be outside for hours. I was freezing on Saturday night at Pavs.

I grew up in VA. When it got cold, it got COLD. Slightly humid cold, too.

I was in DC during early December in 04. That stuff was insane. Mostly dry, with some flurries, but temps in the mid 20s's, but the windchill brought it down past 0. My ears & cheeks were burning red from the cold after a short walk from Smithsonian station to the American History museum. So cold my glasses immediately fogged over when I got inside & took about 5 minutes to defrost (I had to feel by hand to the security station b/c I couldn't see).

This is nothing by comparison. Dry cold beats slightly wet or rainy cold. I've been out in all of them. Cold rain on hands in cold temps is the worst. Hands so cold that any friction hurts like hell, & you can barely move your fingers.

There's a reason I prefer to live in Phoenix ;-)

Wanted to get you guys is advice on TSW wheels. I am really liking their style of rims but never had the brand on any of my other vehicles. Also looking to get them at Element by our modern ink meet. Are they a good company to get wheels from?

Yes it has been nippy, but it has not felt cold yet in Yuma. But I think I am biased/desensitized. I spent last winter working in Minnesota, and it sucked! I could not wear enough clothes to feel warm. The only thing that saved me was the fact that the heat in my apartment was free... I had to use it to defrost myself every time I came in. I was in Prescott visiting my family for Thanksgiving, and it was a little cold there once the sun went down. There was thick frost on my car in the morning too...

I wonder if we have enough interest that a vendor may consider making a batch. @jeffsides maybe you know of someone willing to make a few for us if we have enough interest in them?
