When I first had this problem (early June I think), I tried the other key fob and had the same issue. I'll take both keys to the dealer tomorrow but if the battery was going out not sure it would go on and off for 4 months. Also the key works fine to open the trunk and doors.

Filter seems to give the car a little extra kick and seems to rev up a little smoother in the lower gears. Thanks again to you and Elliott for getting your hands dirty.

Shows how dumb people really are. some parts he has on that car are not cheap by any means. That cf roof diffuser was 1k alone chargespeed from Japan. If you actually take a min to look at whats done and the kind of parts on the car people would see.

This car is done right...and by right i mean the owner had an idea in mind and went for it regardless of what anyone else thought. It also has a lot of thought and work into it

Not my cup of tea but it is true you have a hard time getting out of a car what you put in it, I have built countless cars over the years and learned what helps and what hurts. I hate to say it but he is going to have a hard time with those mods his list of buyers would be very small but I wish him luck.

as for ultimate dyno 'numbers' that is going to vary from dyno to dyno. on our dyno, which is a rototest hub dyno (which is the only chassis dyno considered accurate enough to use for R&D purposes by OEM manufacturers), the base vehicle made 157whp...with e85 we were at 284whp

if you want to chase after even higher horsepower, this kit is designed to use the larger rotrex c38 charger which can move enough air to supports 700whp (approx)...obviously actual results may vary, but IMHO 500whp shouldnt be a problem

Out of curiosity what can our engine's take hp wise before internals start needing to be replaced with stronger ones?

I'm not sure as I haven't been on the forums much lately but i know the full blown turbo was getting huge numbers and i don't think they were using any forged components but i could be wrong.
