I'm in, tickets don't look that bad and it's only a 2hr drive. Need some form of
motorsport since they axed the Baltimore Grand Prix this year

Hopefully my car is out of the shop by this weekend.

Meh. Joking about beating on the car is one thing. Actually doing it is quite another. I'd let it go.

This video was on 6/5, the camera stopped recording from 6/6 until the car was ready yesterday (6/16). The only way the camera stops recording like that is if it gets unplugged. The last video before it was unplugged was them leaving it outside like he "joked" about.

There are also other videos of them revving it every time they drove it, and gunning it in the parking lot. I'm already going back today to have them look at some paint issues they messed up, so it will definitely be brought up then.

That's information that wasn't included in your post. I withdraw my statement. Carry on, sir.

It was nationwide's "recommended" shop, too. Here are some pics of the paint issue.

Pic of the "spot" from the video above:

This is on both sides, looks like they set it down on the ground.

It looks like they had to touch up a spot (that may have been too thin) after they painted the hood.

One time I got a car painted and that happened. At night with a flashlight the door looked horrible. The spot was immediately obvious. In the regular day light I couldn't tell at all. Strangest thing.

What'd they do to fix it?

Hail damage. It was supposed to be all PDR but they ended up having to replace the hood (which i didn't find out about until I called them the day it was supposed to be ready for pickup.)

it looks almost like shrinkage, but its hard to tell without seeing it in person since its a light color. that shouldnt be an issue with a new hood, unless it had a small ding in it and they repaired it before paint. usually a hazy ring or a discolored ring is shrunken sand scratches from body work, too thin of a primer after prep (not enough of a barrier between filler and paint so the paint sinks into it and discolors), or just a cheap aerosol primer that bleeds into the paint since its not catalyzed like a urethane primer. just my opinion from what i can see on here. a new hood without damage just gets sanded/scuffed, coat of sealer, base/mid coat, clear. none of that would cause a hazy ring like that since its uniform material over the whole new panel

It's definitely a new Subaru hood, that's the weird thing. There are tiny swirl marks around the area of the spot though, if that means anything. I guess we'll see what they say this afternoon.
