I think 1 out of 29 guys reporting or noticing is a high enough failure rate btw.

If you want to return it, we want to make it easy and painless. Airaid makes a quality product and we stand behind them 100%. We offer a 30 day return policy, but sometimes there are special circumstances, please contact us directly regarding your specific case.

I have an automatic with an Injen intake. I just tested the new flash from John and so far I have not had any bogging issues. I'm going to do some more testing tonight and will report back. Fyi- I was only having bog issues with the Injen intake + stge1 tune. I did not have any issues with the intake on the stock tune.

I wasn't having issues with intake on stock tune on the MT, either.

I can't wait to get a break at work so I can take a spin around the block. :P

Drove my car around some more tonight, the bogging is definitely gone as far as I can tell. Thanks John Visconti for taking care of this. Thanks to AIRAID and AJUSA for the great product, service, and standing by the product and customer throughout this issue. I'm not a fan of finger pointing, so I hope we can all walk away from this experience as an example of why we (manufacturers, vendors, tuners, & customers) should continue to communicate and work together. This is a fantastic platform for aftermarket performance, and this is but the beginning of what we've seen possible. I foresee a lot of aftermarket work left to do, and I'll be spending quite a bit of my spare cash on this "hobby"!

I have to decide if I want to install the new tune and keep the intake, or just simply return the intake.

For me it's a no-brainer. I love the way the intake changes the engine note and opens up the top end. After driving for 2 weeks on the stock intake + tune, I immediately felt a difference when I put the Injen intake back on.

Now it'd only John would get back to me on the status of my tune. (sent money for the groupbuy haven't heard anything yet, I know he is busy and has orders back logged tho)

I'm wondering if I will start having big issues when I throw the tune on or has John already figured that out.

Did you fill out the form so you get on the list for people to get a tune?

The question is, is it as responsive as this, or even more responsive? Compare this to what it was like before I removed the injen intake. This now has the tune and the SRT headerback system.

I flashed the new ROM this morning before I went to work. On WOT, the bog isnt there as far as I can tell.

However, I took a turn in 5th gear at about 2k rpm just to see, and it stuttered. Im going to see if I can replicate it and log it.
