Yep the same way they think a NASCAR race vehicle skinned to look like a truck is a truck.

Because Texas. I was an indentured servant. My dad had a couple of hundred acres near Smithville TX. 60 miles +/- east of Austin. There were couple of other small operations nearby. They had a kid coop for a while. We bigger kids got shipped around the area. My dad was a civil engineer at Brown and Root and a weekend cattleman. So I was the city boy who showed up some weekends and for extended sessions when my dad was on vacation. It was an experience I treasure but wouldn't want to repeat.

Not just the trucks since a stock car does not have a single stock part on it.

No, they have all stock parts, because they are all the same. They aren't modified in any way, just built to order. They just aren't the cars that are painted on body.

The race vehicles are actually more similar to trucks than cars imo. More similar to my grandfather's walker than either of those though.

I remember seeing an interview on the news somewhere where some nascar driver was showing off the new cars and talking about it like it was a real Camry. "The new Camrys are going to be real fast. They handle better than the old ones. I really like these new Camrys." Or something like that. Every time he said Camry he had this hesitation, like he died a little inside.

I'm walking Haru. And oh em gee a hotboi driving a GTI decided to peel out when the red light at our intersection turned green, apparently just to prove he could because he slammed the brakes as soon as he finished crossing the intersection.

Kids in a coop -

Did they not have child labor laws in Texas?
