"Currently, I am looking at Motul RBF 660 fluid ..."

Take a look at Castrol SRF. It has much better specs than Motul 660.

I just ran a track day with Castrol SRF and ds2500 pads on my 2022 GR86. The initial bite was about the same as OEM pads but there was more touch and control over the amount of braking, especially as the brakes warmed up. I'm a relative beginner so I'm probably not the hardest on brakes.

The ds2500s are good for street use. They do need to be warmed up a bit -- the first couple of stops on cold brakes require more foot pressure.

CSG CP does exactly what you're asking for. Works ice cold, will tolerate track temperatures, virtually silent.

Winmax hasn't been distributed in North America for almost 3 years now.

- Current tires are 225/45 pilot super sports with plenty of life left, but will most likely be shot by the end of the year.
- Currently pads/rotors/fluid is stock
- I intend to keep my stock rotors unless I need to upgrade.
- Suspension and everything else is stock other than an intake tube/filter and OFT tuning. I may do a header in a couple of months and a more aggressive tune, but not sure yet.

Currently, I am looking at Motul RBF 660 fluid and Ferodo Ds2500 pads. I realize that the pads are not great for track use, but I am trying to find something with cold bite for autocross and won't fade on the track. I am not opposed to swapping out pads to go to the track/autocross and back for street driving, but it would be great to have a pad that is tolerable on the street. I do not daily the car, so some noise and dust is not too much of an issue.

Am I making too many comprises here? Suggestions? Q

DS2500 will be great for your application. I've had C7 Z06 clients run them at VIR without fading them. They work great on the street, and rarely make any noise. They're easy on discs, easy to bed-in, etc. For AutoX they are hugely popular across a wide range of vehicles and they work great in that environment. We have many thousands of customers running these on a huge array of platforms (M2, 911, STI, Miata, S2000, Mustang, etc.). Here's an article I just wrote on Ferodo pads:

Which Ferodo Pad Compound is Right for Me?

As for fluid, don't worry about all the wet boiling point hype around SRF. Dry boiling point is your main concern. I examine that topic in this article:

How to Choose Racing Brake Fluid

Ferodo DS2500 front and rear plus two bottles of AP Racing R2 should do everything you need and then some. You can find the proper parts for your car in the links below. That's a shame. I have a set of W5 pads and really liked them on track and autocross - great bite from warm to hot. Dust like crazy and squeal like stuck pigs on the street, but silent if kept bedded at the track.
Winmax always struck me as a good option thanks to wide range of compounds, public specs (full graphs for temperature and mu), easy naming convention and decent price. I was hoping to run W2/W3 on the street (once OEM wore out) and keep W4/W5 on the track, but looks like I'll be looking for an alternative. Any suggestions?

CP if you want OE+, or just OEM for the street (a lot of guys will sell their like-new OEM pads for cheap).

On track? Depends. on your tire setup, aero, etc. There's not really a one-size-fits-all, but if the W5 worked well for you, the C21 will blow your mind.
