Reminds me of how Japanese were wishing they had the Civic coupe in the Japan while posters in the US were lamenting why we didn't get the JDM front end. Grass is greener.

Oh and for the lowrider fashion lols, here's some hardcore dudes. Probably the only Japanese guy with the tattoo "loco" emblazoned across his chest =)

Dat tru they love US shiet. When I was there 10 yrs ago, Chevy Cavaliers cost them an arm as it was a US import....

I remember a local Japanese importer bringing back Subaru 2.5RS badges and even a few LS series engines because they were all the rage in Japan LOL. I imagine he paid quite a bit for them in Japan, and I bet he had to take a loss to sell them here. I guess we always want what we can't get right? haha.

I think I'm the only one that finds the fact both cars have font plates (CA ones at that) in the ad funny. I don't think I've ever seen a front plate for a car ad over here, even in CA where it's required.
