You are probably getting a light because the TCS isn't properly correlating wheel position with wheel speeds.
Will the alignment fix that as well?

Yes it should. The only other thing it could be is you damaged a wheel speed sensor during the coil over install. You need an alignment anyway.

Thanks, i highly doubt i damaged the sensor, since i was pretty gentle and didn't force those things out. But lets hope for the best.
