It would be ironic and maybe poetic justice if this person happened to come down with COVID-19. Suffering the fate he denied hundreds of people protection from.

I wonder if it would be possible to deny this person from receiving a COVID-19 vaccination? At least until everyone else on the planet has received their two doses?

Of course one could have a lengthily discussion on the ethics of doing this...

It also wouldn't be a complete surprise if this scum might have given themselves a dose of the vaccine before destroying the supplies...

you're assuming they want/need the vaccine.

if the person is asymptomatic to it, the vaccine's not going to make a bit of difference to them.
