I also remember that, at least where I live, there were questions on whether you had taken a covid test before. Iirc there was some restriction on getting tested multiple times if you tested positive previously.

I recommend doing a bit of research into what the presumptive results are if it concerns you. It sure beats making a fool of yourself on the internet complaining about something in the same post where you admit you don't actually know what it is lol. Let us know what you find.

You are right. You can and do complain about anything you want. But you still look like a fool when 5 minutes of internet searching answers your question.

A presumptive positive result is when a patient has tested positive by a public health laboratory, but results are pending confirmation at CDC. For public health purposes, a presumptive positive result using the CDC test is treated as a positive.

So these are people who have tested positive, and reported before the secondary confirmation by the cdc. The reason for this is to get information into yours and officials hands quicker to better judge the current situation.

So... nose was a little clogged up and ended up sleeping with my mouth open a few nights ago. Dried up and scratchy throat the next day. Last night began feeling warm and iffy, so I went to bed by 8pm. Woke up, felt fine, but started feeling fatigued again. Not saying it's COVID, but since I work in an industry that's notorious for it spreading, I may get tested tomorrow.

If you haven't been tested before, the newest method is a breeze although the nurse arriving with a swab in a biohazard suit is a little intimidating but better than last year when they arrived with a borescope. Results arrive in 10 minutes and off you go.

Hope you're feeling better soon. Chicken soup? Humfrz says it works.

Back when I was a kid and we visited my grandparents' house, my grandma would take myself and my brother and sister out to the neighborhood pool. Sometimes she swam, but other times she would just sit at a table under an umbrella.

Well, she'd start falling asleep with her mouth gaping open and so we always joked she'd be catching some flies.

If you have a really stuffed up nose, how else would you breathe? I've tried breathing through my ears, but I get really bad tinnitus. Not completely true, most of the tinnitus is from motorcycles and shooting.
