Lol I never actually watched any of that despite, or perhaps because of, it being my brother's favorite show.

I suppose it would have far less comedic value if it were pointed out that scientists follow the scientific method and generate theories that have observable, consistent, reproduceable results when experimentally tested by themselves and others. That is something I was taught in first grade and should be pretty easy for anyone to understand.

Well, that's because they were either looking at the wrong measurements, not precise enough measurements, or failed to control all other variables because of a lack of knowledge.

Plus, it's the use of the scientific method that eventually showed those individuals to be wrong. We only know they were wrong because of the scientific method.

It's too bad the visions and miracles in religious text aren't reliably and predictably reproduceable. Then we could get to the bottom of which religion is actually right.
