Assuming the car isn't too different, I highly doubt pre-production. Simply demos to be sold off later or given to employee for good rate.

If it doesn't have a turbo they will complain. If it doesn't have a bump of 40hp they will complain. I'm sure there will be something

Yup! And while I'm not planning to reup to the newest 86 (I'm holding out for a GR Corolla), I am still excited. I still have hope we can keep a fun, sporty, car alive to compete with the Miata.
