Well, Inspiration4 made it back safely tonight, again no drama.

Now we'll have to wait and see which one of the two ladies becomes the Human Torch since they didn't get the 4 missions crew mix right to match the comic book.

Found a couple of interesting videos on youtube regarding back up plans just in case the lunar ascent module engine didn't fire. Would have been a hell of a ride.

You know, if I was Shatner, I would have insisted on a gold suit, that the woman be wearing a miniskirt (red or gold) with black leggings and one of the two guys would have to be a red shirt, just in case....

Watched the launch and the recovery afterwards. Shatner seemed genuinely moved by the experience. Bezos, listening to Shatner search for words, gave the impression of someone barely tolerating his Grandfather's ramblings.

Man, I hope when I'm 90 I'm as "with it" as Shatner seems to be.

Dang, I'm not that "with it" now and I'm 22 years his junior.

Just watched Bezos turn away from Shatner to grab a champagne bottle. Had to stop. What a fucking tool. SMH Can't bear to watch more.

Yea, I almost did the same but decided to focus on Shatner instead.

After the first launch with Bezos I realized he had zero social skills so I was prepared to ignore him.

Hmm...

Seems the space toilet is problematic for SpaceX... another incident:

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/techn...?ocid=msedgntp

Seems the crew is going to be "depending" on a backup solution!

James Webb on its way.
Good launch, good trajectory, critical 1st solar panel deployed.
Final destination. L2 Lagrange Point out past the moon. 1.5mil KM (930K Ml)

The Ariane 5 does not mess around at launch.
That fkr gets going quick.

Can check on the telescopes progress here.

Merry Christmas!
