That was me! Hardly ever see any others, especially while I am in ours! Great to see another while out and about!

Just had a black BRZ follow me down Maxwell, down North Park, and then turn around at Bennett Lane when I pulled into my driveway. I was hoping you would have stopped and talked for a bit.

I was just in the turning lane at a red light on 257th and glisan when I saw a sweet pair of DRL's roll up in the lane next to me. 10 series FR-S with DRL's on, man the color is mesmerizing, and I'm so jealous of the headlights, makes it look so upscale. I believe it may have been @torqdork. We waved at eachother.

I was thinking afterward "could that have been indesign"? Speaking of mesmerizing, I couldn't stop staring at your amazing wheels, a perfect match for your pearl white. Your car looks fast standing still. Glad I looked up to wave!

Spotted a white FRS on 26 West bound around 5 pm today. He got off at the North Plains exit with me. I think it had a Five-axis kit on it, I never got in front to confirm. Had a Nike rear plate cover.

yeah that was me. thanks for the compliment, they're out-of-style enkei wheels, but when everyone is rolling around on rotas (or similar brands), it's refreshing to be different. i just need some spacers for the rear. what else do you have planned for your car? i saw the beat sonic antenna on your car.

Just installed the antenna this morning. Reception is disappointing compared to OEM but looks so much better.

So far I've done RE-11A's 225/40-17's, TRD CAI, Perrin catback that was resonated until yesterday when I got the unresonated mid-pipe that at first sounded great but think it's getting louder with a few miles on it and an old skool shift knob from a TRD FJ Cruiser.

Also getting clear sides and maybe PIAA Ion Yellows for the fogs then upgraded brake pads like Hawk, possibly sway bars but it seems to stay pretty flat now and an auto-x alignment. That should do it to stay SCCA Solo II Stock legal.

Meanwhile, the next Cascade SC Club track day is Sept. 6th that should work and hope to get in an auto-x event first to test low speed dynamics and refresh rusty car control skills.

sounds like you're going to put this car to good use. that shift knob looks good, oh man TRD stuff! what's your impression of the TRD intake? i was leaning towards making that my next purchase.

i have some Nokya yellow bulbs for my fogs, they look nice. I'm wondering how PIAA will look in contrast.

i have a friend who's an auto-x nut, he does most auto-x events @ PIR. perhaps i'll come out to watch whenever you're out there brushing off those rusty skills.

It is huge. And heavy. But it fits my palm-over style perfectly. It's like the difference between a head light and head heavy tennis racquet, gives more control and positive engagement plus no annoying raised stitching and flat top of the OEM knob. It screws on the stock shaft and locked with a jam nut.

I ordered it from a Toyota dealer but you need a VIN from an '07 TRD FJC and proof of ownership, one of those Toyota system quirks for their special editions.
