I think the original route is better, I was just sharing this one as one of my short personal drives in case anyone was looking for driving roads east of portland that avoids the now-congested gorge.

This morning at 6am in Ridgefield, WA. Pioneer Street: a WRB BRZ, looked stock. AND a silver BRZ with a rumbly exhaust and lots of stickers in the back window. And me... sad in my wife's CR-V.

That's the worst, and I swear happens more often than not. I see ALL the BRZ's when I'm riding in someone else's car. Like.. why?!?!! lol

No the worst is when you don't even HAVE one because your car is about 2 weeks out.

This morning around 9:45. A black 86/BRZ of some unknown vintage, but looked shiny and new, with a ducktail spoiler. Being stopped by state patrol on northbound I-5 north of Vancouver. I was too far/fast to see if it was gen1 or gen2. Watch the speed, fam!
