If I recall correctly, I think these pigs weigh around 4000lbs or something.

Can't remember the exact figure but it was pretty ridiculous.

I leased 4 Acura cars consecutively; '96 Integra GS 4dr M5, '99 Integra GS Spec Edition 2dr M5, '02 EL 4dr Auto, '05 TSX 4dr M6. Then, went to an '08 V6 Accord only to discover the interior materials were more typical for domestic car quality for the time.

Several Acura models have given Lexus a run for it's money over the years.

In the mid line models up, there was a profound difference in interior quality comparing Acura to Honda. Now, if they could build an STI with an Acura interior I'd be all over it!

So it is sort of the Gen I 86 all grown up, right? 4 Doors and 2 more cylinders and 2 more driven wheels.
0.5 liter per cylinder in square configuration is almost always 86 mm bore and stroke (gives 0.499557 liter), as that's the closest size to be just under 0.5 displacement. As many countries tax cars by displacement (or used to) being a hair under 2 liters in a 4 cylinder engine was beneficial.

Can't make a pig into a racehorse, but you can make it into a fancy and faster pig.

Midsize exterior, compact interior!

Is it supposed to be one of those in between sizes like the Cadillac CTS used to be before they figured out that it worked better if they actually size matched the competition?

Or did they just kind of flub this with the size situation because they wanted RWD proportions in a FWD car?
