OEM Forester Oil Cooler - Coolant Hose Question
Hello,
I searched for a while but couldn’t find it. I have the cooler And the stem already. What hoses do I need to run the FORESTER OEM oil cooler/heater? I’m planning on running lines through the Coolant feed below the throttle body. I see that on the cooler itself, there is one barb for a 1/2 ID, and the other for 3/8 ID. But would 1/2 in fit up on the engine itself? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! Edit: kinda found the answer. Kits are running 3/8 for both nipples. Need to squeeze the 3/8 one over the 1/2 barb. AND then, the TB in/outlets are smaller than 3/8. GFG. Good clamps needed. Last edited by Neurytic; 09-12-2019 at 01:36 AM. Reason: Found answer sorta. Confirmation anyone? |
