We had one of the Mustang ones in our '05 that was built by CoverCraft. I don't think they make it any longer, but you can see it in the video below. It's quite useful.
In the FRS I just use a felt 12inch storage cube. It holds the manuals, a small toolkit, a lithium-ion jumpbox, and a few other misc. items. It doesn't move around if pushed into the back corner, and if I really need the space it's quick to move everything out of the way.
