I used one with flat end -- pointy-style may actually punch through and that's not what you're wanting to accomplish.

Yes, they definitely got E and F mixed up.
I have no idea what that fit kit for rear suspension is, but at least, your noise is somehow gone now.

I firmly believe the root cause are the welds, not some loose component underneath the 3rd light. Like someone mentioned, the noise sounds exactly like a plastic bottle popping back into shape after you've pressed it in. Two days in, and the noise has not returned.
This one is a good description of the noise. I added this description to my original post. Thanks.

I used a pin punch and it didn't seem to work. So I went over them all with the bluntest center punch I had and on the initial spin around my apt building where I could usually get it to make the noise the car was silent. More miles are necessary to be sure, but I'm hopeful. So you may want to go over everything with a pointed center punch. You won't punch through the sheetmetal.

I ended up using a sledge hammer mallet and a 1/8" solid/flat center punch tool and banged hard on the same welds everyone else talked about. I do believe the sound is gone. More driving will tell.

Smack five times each with solid flat center punch on every single weld from left to right where all others listed and now the sound is gone. Where is a good place to pick up BRZ white touch up paint?

Pretty much anywhere that sells auto paint. I purchased a small bottle of DGM on Amazon but I'm sure you could find some SWP. It's not a new color mixture so it's readily available.

UPDATE: So I brought my car in for a few issues:
1) popping/clicking noise - they stated they did not hear the issue. I will personally drive with them this Friday since I need to go back in for a new taillight.
2) Driver side speaker rattle - FIXED!!!
EDIT: Oh I should also note that with the speaker fix, they changed something (I need to go back and double check exactly what) but now the volume needs to be raised about 5 more to hear everything at the same volume. I used to turn music to around 25 but now needs to be around 30.
3) tail light condensation - need to go back in Friday for them to replace, I guess they needed to put an order in.
4) Passenger Window double click down doesnt always work - they noted the issue and stated many other cars have the same problem. Service manager basically just said to click it down again or hold it longer... great fix huh?
5) car shudder / vibration - I mentioned it might be the LSD on cold start and they pretty much ignored it.

Now onto the gripes... dealers and their technicians (IMO) don't give a sht about your car. I had ~30 miles on this tank with 29.2 avg mpg before I brought it in. Sure with idle and testing it will drop a bit, but they only drove it for 3 miles and dropped 3 mpg. Someone had a great time AGAIN. Well, maybe you might have heard the popping/clicking if they weren't revving the engine to hell. TBH I'm not that suprised and I didnt note it to the service manager this time but if its not a warranty issue, I will continue to never bring in my car to any dealer.
I also find it a bit rude that a service manager tells a customer to just push the automatic window button down harder and longer. Seriously? I am not an idiot... I have a degree in engineering and a MBA, I'm pretty sure I can figure that out. The point is there is an issue that obviously is more common, maybe bringing it up with subaru and have the issue fixed? I guess that's too much work for them.

So far so good. I did manage to get one faint "click" the other day on a bump that really twisted the car, but it hasn't happened since. I think I'll call this fixed. *knock on wood*

I heard a pop while pulling into a parking lot with a curb (left tire went up curb first, then right tire). Is this the same scenario that everyone is hearing the pop?

Mine doesn't pop when pulling into a parking lot with a curb in an angle. It's a periodic pop anytime when the car is moving at any speed (5 mph or 50 mph) and on any type of road (smooth or rough). It makes the noise at a random pace too. Anywhere from once every five seconds to once every five minutes.

It's gone. Banging the hell out of the rear deck from left to right on every single circular weld did it!

Woo Hoo! So happy!

Interesting. My car has been quiet in that regard so far.
