Regarding my mods, all have been fitted by Toyota and they have checked and confirmed no issues and running perfectly.
If you believe I'm not achieving the gains I should be, please ask John to check my data logs on a ticket I have submitted.
Our fuel is not the best quality and 95ron more likely equivalent to your 89 or 91.
Here is my last dyno run based on v1.13 vs v1.14b3
Well I can tell ya for sure, if you're running the equivalent of 89 octane.. the tune had to have been dialed back for safety (which i've said a bajillion times will always be our top priority - "safety" that is). What type of fuel was the guy you're comparing your results too running? This is probably a long shot but you never dynoed the car before you had any mods on it did you? Just so we could have a starting point?

Apologies on the phrasing. From my crowd, I end up in the habit of calling all intake-manifold-replacement superchargers as "roots", whether they're shovel blowers or screws. I was referring to the innovate kit as you say. I'd just not seen ANY of the supercharged results above 250 until recently. I know turbocharging has the potential for unspeakable power figures, but I'd much prefer the linear grunt of a supercharger. It's a very alluring prospect now that you guys are sitting at the 300whp mark.

I will wait for the announcement with much anticipation Keep up the good work gentlemen!

95 RON is 91 octane in the US. I presume the car he's comparing against is also using the same fuel though.

The other guy claims he was on the same fuel 95 Ron

Yes I have run a dyno from stock and after every mod installation to verify my gains and I have stuck to the same dyno using same fuel and time of day to try keep conditions the same.
If you want I can mail you all the charts

Question for Visconti Tuning, I finally got my smaller pulley for my Vortech kit and have been thinking about changing it with the stock pulley. The only reason I have not done this yet is because we only have 92 octane fuel here in Hawaii. Would there be any gains to running the smaller pulley on 92 octane gas? If I install the smaller pulley would it be necessary to install the injectors as well?

On a side note, I have the P&L header, over pipe, mid pipe, and the EVO3 cat back exhaust that will be installed soon. Then I will make some logs with the normal pulley, requst a tune for the stage 2 setup, then see if there is any more room for more boost before seeing any detonation.

Wanted to go back to the stock ROM for a few days to feel what it used to be like and I found some upsetting results.

I wasn't getting on it until I put about 50 miles on her I find that off the bat the car has much more "umph" from my butt dyno at higher rpms and after the first WOT from 1st to 2nd and to 3rd I got the classic CEL p0351 (Ignition Coil "A" Primary Control Circuit/Open)and Trac control flashed on at the same time..... again.. I've gotten this CEL before and now my heart has sank because that was the same code I got right before I started getting firecrackers from my engine bay. I just had my DI's replaced last month. Stock ECU is crap... Hands down.

Not sure what to do.

Those aren't bad numbers. You need a header and stage2 to cure that dip.

Submitted a ticket over a week ago to request the latest 1.14b4 and still waiting. Anyone else on the same boat?

Not complaining but wondering.

Thanks.

It should be safe for you run more boost with the smaller pulley and 92 octane. I would definitely give it a shot and put it on with the other bolt ons, then run the datalogs and submit through the Support Console. John won't let ya run more boost than the octane and setup will safely allow for. As for the injectors, you should be fine with stock for right now. If you want to run even more boost later on down the line, then there may be a point where upgrading them would be a good move. We don't like anything to be running at "maximum capacity;" you always want to have room left for adjustment. But given the current setup, stock fuel system is just fine.
