I did as well. John must've had a ton of tickets opened before hand asking for the update before he stated to ticket up, especially if he already pushed out 40 updates. Unless if he's got a lott more frs/brz customers than I think.

He also does GTR's, jukes, 370z's, and bmw's. The wheels turn slowly but they get done.

Flash back to 1.14 and try to reproduce what you were doing when you first got the code. Look it up and see what you get. Did you install a CAI recently? Also were you stage 1 stock headers or stage 2 aftermarket headers?

No it's all stock. I haven't changed anything.
I've installed the v1.14 file three times. The CEL was on after uploading the file and before I started the engine and wouldn't disappear afterwards. It went away as soon as I uploaded the stock file (old stock file also from Visconti) and reappeared again when I uploaded the v1.14 file.
There were three codes and they were emission and fuel pressure related. (I didn't write them down though).

I've noticed that too (it does say that it's clearing the DTCs during the upload).

Just to make it clear: There weren't any codes before I uploaded the v1.14 file (I know because I was playing around with Torque Pro) and there aren't any now after uploading the old stock file. (The v1.14 file appeared to somehow upload the 3 DTCs right after it cleared all DTCs).
(I just mentioned it, because this may also be reason why there is a delay. Or maybe not - I don't know.)

Exactly what I thought it was. I'm getting P0456 (very small emission leak).. probably a bad gas cap, I'm hoping at least.. idk.. It keeps throwing that code over and over within a couple days of clearing it. Although, I'm not on v1.14 and I get it with my stock rom as well.

Ok. But why would this code only be provoked with the v1.14 and not with the stock file?
Anyway, I need to bring it to the dealer for another reason (so no flashing for now), but I can play around some more after that.
(I've been paranoid about this missing A01 fix (dealers here have no clue) and haven't been daily driving it.)
