Thanks for that, so thats pump-gas 1.08 your running then?

Yeah looking forward to it. I might also buy a flex fuel sensor since john looks like he might be going that way with his tuning.

Anyone know what sensor john is using?

Yep - pump gas 98 ron

Ahh, excellent. Maybe I should hold of purchasing then if its a new tune. Still don't have the link for purchases. Would be silly to end up buying three tunes.

I believe he said anyone that has e85 already will get the flex fuel capability, but you'll need to either buy his sensor kit, or piece your own together. I'd wait to see what sensor he's using before attempting the latter though.

Awesome.

Guess I'm back to buying the tune again!

As soon as there is a link. Crazy forums. Anyone want to PM me the link for that paypal purchasing screen?

I would contact John directly. The process in which you order a cable kit and then request a tune file has changed a few times since he started this. Best to get the info right from the source so you don't end up doing something needlessly or incorrectly and then potentially add delays to the process.

I see there is still no working ticket links. What is the best way to get the latest tune?

I see there's an update from 12/11 that fixes Traction Control. Anyone get that one yet?

My file is v1.09b1, but it has said that since the 5th. I assume he sent the "bug fix" version out but only recently updated that page to reflect that.

Do you have the stock intake version or an aftermarket? If I recall correctly, John said he was going to keep the aftermarket ones beta. I too received the one on the 5th for an AFe and that was b1.

Mine is the stock intake. I haven't played with the traction control yet, but since the bug was TC not activating, I'd say you have the latest if you can tell it is working on programs 3 and 4.

I haven't yet as I was pressed for time. I plan on doing it this weekend though. I trimmed it down a bit:

I just got my updated tune, 1.09b2 haven't tried it yet. But Johns turn around on it was great, just 4 days. For any of you questioning how long it's taking, that was my experience.

Nice, he must've caught up on a lot of them. Mine took nearly two weeks, but I did request a new tune on Thanksgiving, so I can't really hold that against him.
