Still waiting on a tune. Emailed you and filled out the form a couple times. I'll fill out the form again.

John, I'm in the same boat as a few of these folks. Emailed proof of payment a bunch of times for my manual E-85 tune. Have cable, have a working pumpgas tune (not the most current), filled out form a couple times.

Just checking to make sure I'm not screwing anything up here. Otherwise I'll keep sitting tight. I've been trying not to call so you could handle the bigger issues popping up.

Sorry, if this comes out as a little rude, however I am a little annoyed. I called around 7:30 - 8 CST. Left you a message and made a mission for myself not to miss your call. You called at 10:59 CST. In which my phone decided to be a douchebag. I called you back immediately. And 4-6 times there after. I even left you a text and a voicemail. All the while you posted 4 or 5 times on the forum. Listen, I believe I have been very patient. But I am getting annoyed because I am putting my time on hold to hopefully get in contact with you.

I know your busy I know your working on a lot of things but I think at this point after tonight I have every reason to be at the very least a little irate on how exactly I have been getting taken care of.

I just really would like to get what I paid for sometime soon. I don't know how many other people are waiting but, I am just getting to the point that I just have to hope to get this all resolved.

I know your also dealing with a lot of people so here is my issue(s);

Received cable with no license out of the box, I have sent you the email with the screenshot as requested. I have the bad tune file (10826)

I emailed him a while back with questions and a want to buy his product, he never got back to me. I assumed then customer service wasn't going to be very good. I've also heard from other consumers their complaints about not being able to get a reply from him. Spending money whether, 20 dollars or 2000, should come with some TLC. Good luck guys with your tunes I am shopping elsewhere and will consider myself lucky for not moving forward with this vendor.

This doesn't include people waiting on the updated version of the Stage 1 flash, correct?

Enjoy your tune from another vendor , I'm sure you'll be happy.

I bust my ass on these tunes and try and keep everyone updated. I get flooded with emails and have a hard time keeping up, a good amount also hits the spam filter. Sounds like your in spam - sounds like i got lucky.

You rang then I called you back... No one picked up. My phone goes into a night mode after 12EST so it doesn't ring. Try calling me during a more normal hour and see what happens. I posted yesterday afternoon that I was in my office all day working on this stuff and that was the time for people to call me if they had urgent issues.

Hey John. I emailed you my receipt from PayPal for the e85 tune. I filled out the form again because I'm not sure if I filled out new form last time. Looking forward to the tune. Thanks

I am also in the same situation. Filled out the form twice two weeks apart after I finally got a cable in early October, haven't heard anything. I guess I will try to call you tomorrow.

Sounds like John needs a customer service rep or two to line out the little stuff. I know how tough it is to be a one man show, but I also know how much more profitable you can be if you had a buffer to handle other parts of the business. Not to mention the upswing in turnaround, customer satisfaction and, most of all, peace of a stress free life after work.

Maybe John is really good at leaving work at work, so I could be wrong. I know it eats into friends and family when all you do is manage your customer base which is worth it to a point. I did it for years and it ate my health up. I walked away and now I'm happier and much healthier.

John, I'm sure you have all the business you can handle and are very profitable. I bet those customers you have are very happy, too. If you would like a couple of ideas that I feel would reduce your stress, work load and increase overall happiness, shoot me a pm.

A note to antsy customers: you realize John just returned from a week off, more or less, so give the man a break. The more you ring, txt, email before giving an opportunity to reply only piles onto the mountainous workload. Be patient and I'm sure satisfaction is around the corner.
