Umm... no. Robert Stout is already registered to race on March 23rd. It's confirmed, otherwise they are breaking the rules.

Fair enough, I forgot about that rule.

However...still going to have to wait for the production model. Still not holding my breath. If its anything like the tC S/C development schedule, it won't be available until next winter.

I think they need to have it available to the public at the time of racing. They can't have a prototype and plans to release.
