FYI it drives fine, doesn't pull left or right and the tires don't wear in any weird way. In case that matters. The only time I notice anything is when I'm reversing and turning left.

Then why make the thread about all these issues if you don't like what you are being told? The point of insurance (besides extorting you) is that they are to restore your car to pre-loss condition. If it is not pre-loss they either need to have it fixed right, or you need to file a complaint with the state.
